Since 1987 the main subject of Sylvia Wishart's work has been the changing scene viewed from her livingroom windows. Living high above the dramatic hills of Orkney's second largest island (Hoy) and overlooking Hoy Sound, Wishart has produced a long series of large paintings and studies that document this extraordinary coastline.
