The Pier Arts Centre’s Annual Open Exhibition 2025 will be on display from Saturday 22 November until Wednesday 24 December.
A major highlight in the Pier Arts Centre and the County’s festive calendar, we are once again delighted to showcase the wealth of creative work that is being produced within our Orkney community. With over 400 pieces, by 232 artists, this year’s exhibition is the largest yet, with an extraordinary array of skills and styles on show.
All the artworks on display are for sale. You can also buy a Pier Arts Centre Gift Voucher which can be used to purchase anything for sale including artwork in the Open Exhibition or a Friends membership. The voucher is valid for one year and can be of any value.

The Pier Arts Centre is a member of Own Art, a scheme offering the opportunity to apply for interest free loans* of between £100 and £2500 for the purchase of original works of art. Loans are repayable in 10 monthly installments. For more information about Own Art, please ask a member of staff.
