This series of prints has been created in response to an invitation to Soulisquoy Printmakers from Gabrielle Barnby, Orkney Island Games ‘Scrivener’, to provide images to include in a pocket book that would form part of the participating athletes ‘welcome pack’.

Nine of Soulisquoy’s printmakers have met regularly throughout the winter to share and discuss ideas relating to the quotes and seek support in realising their finished prints.

A ‘meet the artists’ event will be held on Saturday 19 July 3-4pm. Admission is free and no booking is required.
