El Guapo is a young Argentine band that has been captivating audiences internationally since forming in 2019. With a unique blend of Latin-rooted influences, combined with elements of rock and funk, their feel-good sound stands out as a fresh and innovative explosion emerging from Latin America’s vibrant and diverse music scene.

Through extensive and regular touring across the UK, Mexico, Guatemala, and Spain, El Guapo’s reach extends far beyond their energetic local scene in Buenos Aires, connecting with audiences across continents.

Catriona Price is a Scottish violinist, composer and artistic director that creates cross-genre music, with a focus on connecting through cultural exchange and artistic innovation. Her debut solo album Hert was released to critical acclaim in 2023 with a launch at Celtic Connections and a sold out show at Edinburgh International Festival. She is half of the contemporary duo Twelfth Day, a member of folk band Fara, Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of string ensemble Thirteen North, and Founder and Artistic Director of Routes to Roots - an organisation connecting artists from around the world to create new intercultural collaborations.
